Appointment Information

We are so excited to have you come in and find a gown with us! Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the following information, prior to coming in for your appointment.

Our appointments are 90 minutes long. This will give you and our stylists plenty of time to get to know each other, chat about your wedding, pull gowns, try on gowns, narrow down gowns, choose one gown, SAY YES and celebrate!!!

Our salons are small and intimate, and our main goal is to make each bride feel special and celebrated. With that in mind, please keep your bridal party to roughly 4-5 people (our LA store is even smaller and cannot accommodate more than 3 guests). If you have a larger party, please contact us to see if we can accommodate that. Other appointments are taking place at the same time and we need to be respectful of their experience as well.

We carry limited styles of gowns from each designer, so if you are interested in specific ones please reach out to inquire whether we have them prior to your appointment.

We serve one complimentary glass of champagne for each person over 21 years old. Please understand that we cannot allow ANY outside alcohol or any refills to that single glass. Please do not bring in any food or outside beverages (other than water). We take great pride in the cleanliness of our salons and our gowns.

A credit card will be taken at the time your appointment is made. The card is kept on file and ONLY charged in the event of a no-show OR you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If either of those happen, we will charge your card $45.
