The Karen Willis Holmes Mabel Gown is Oh-So-Charming!
The Mabel gown is definitely a favorite of our bridal separates collection of gowns in our salon. The cut and structure of both the top and the skirt are extremely well fitted and tailored, making the quite full gown still show off your shape and body as a whole. And we really can’t get enough of the back of the top as it dips down low to a line silk covered buttons to finish off the this elegant and trendy style.
Cap sleeves are a nice touch when it comes to not wanting a cookie-cutter wedding dress and as most separates go, you could always wear the top again for an anniversary, a party, the options are endless.
The Karen Willis Holmes Mabel gown skirt is tailored along the high hip making a snug fit. The fabric that is used is strong yet soft and luxurious, also making the overall feel and vibe of the dress very refined and sophisticated. A fun and fashionable gown that will still stand the test of time.

Breathtaking and elegant shoot from Brett Hickman Photographers as they capture the gorgeousness of the Southern California Sand Dunes with two of our gowns! What a treat! Our Leanne Marshall backless Emma gown is layer upon layer of high quality silk with a slit up the side for a touch of sexy and then paired with the Heloise lace top is a perfect addition! Then, to make this shoot even better, is our Tatyana Merenyuk Natalie gown with it’s soft flutter sleeves that lay delicately on the arms and definitely adds to this shoot’s ethereal feel.
And can we talk about the exquisite florals in both our model bride’s hair and bouquet? Absolutely stunning work from The Bloom of Time! We would love to have these arrangements in our shop all the time! And the model groom is looking quite dapper in his suit from Friar Tux! Whoo hoo!
An amazing shoot and so grateful to have been a part of it! And of course, you can always […]

Not you normal cookie cutter dress at all! You know we always want to bring the best and most unique gowns to our brides and we definitely feel that the Amy Kuschel Luna gown does just that! With a fitted bottom and billowy top with lace detail, this gown is for a modern bride who really wants to be different. This dress is so comfortable too! And because of the more “covered up” nature, we think it would make a great dress for a Fall wedding indeed!
Think soft pinks mixed in with the Fall cranberry reds and rich yellows. Keep your greenery and wooden textures plentiful.

We are still smitten over the sneak peek at Truvelle’s 2016 collection and we are loving the “Alexandra” gown for sure! There’s a soft grey blue tint to the gown that we love, but no surprise there as we love unique bridal gowns and strive to bring that Love & Lace brides.
This intricate top with it’s low back is finished off with a tied sash into a bow that is surely so sweet and demure, which in turn, has inspired our styled post today. Soft creams, ivory, dusty blues, and pale pale pinks to make this very feminine romantic gown come alive with a breath of fresh air!

It’s no secret that we love Leanne Marshall. And so do our brides! One thing we really love about her designs is that you can mix and match tops and bottoms. Take this “Meredith” top over her silk chiffon bodice and skirt dress. Switch it up and make your dress uniquely you. We all want to be a unique bride right? Well give Leanne Marshall’s Meredith gown paired with another dress with the skirt you like. We have several other lace tops too you can try! You might surprise yourself. We are constantly inspired everyday.
